Refund Policy

Digital products

All HappySnips products are digital downloads. Because they can be accessed and saved the moment they're delivered, they can't be "returned" in the traditional sense.

When we can help

We want you to be delighted. If any of the following happen, contact us and we'll make it right with a replacement, fix, or (where appropriate) a refund:

• A file is corrupted or won't open.
• You received the wrong item.
• A download link isn't working or has expired.
• The product is significantly not as described.

How to request help

Email hello@happysnips.example with your order number and a short description of the issue. Please reach out within 14 days of purchase.

Generally non-refundable

• Change of mind after the files have been downloaded.
• Purchasing the wrong item or format.
• Issues caused by printer settings or incompatible software.

Chargebacks

If something's wrong, please contact us first — we're friendly and we'll try to resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us slows things down for everyone.
