Digital Download Help

After checkout, Shopify sends an email with your download links. If you don't see it within a few minutes:

• Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
• Make sure you used the correct email at checkout.
• Allow up to 15 minutes for delivery.
• If it's still missing, contact us with your order number.

Most crafts are delivered as PDF files. Some bundles arrive as a ZIP archive containing several PDFs.

• PDF: Open with any free PDF reader (Adobe Acrobat, Preview, browser).
• ZIP: On a computer, double-click to unzip. On mobile, use a free unzip app, then open the PDFs.
• For best results, download and open on a computer before printing.

Every activity includes both paper sizes. Here's how to pick the right one:

• US Letter (8.5"×11") — standard in the US, Canada, and Mexico.
• A4 (210×297mm) — standard in most of the rest of the world.
• In your print dialog, choose “Actual Size” or “100%” — avoid “Fit to Page” so cuts line up.

• Use cardstock (65–110 lb) for sturdier crafts.
• Print in color, or grayscale for a coloring-first activity.
• Color first, then cut — it's easier for little hands.
• Use child-safe scissors and a glue stick.
